Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett to miss Thursday night game against Patriots with ankle injury

will not be the only team on the field on Thursday night facing questions at quarterback. Their opponent for the upcoming Week 14 primetime matchup, the Pittsburgh Steelers (-6), will also have to rely on their depth at the position.

Steelers starting QB Kenny Pickett suffered an ankle injury during his team’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals

on Sunday, and will miss up to four weeks as a result. According to Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pickett will undergo surgery on Monday.

The 20th overall selection in last year’s draft, Pickett had started all 12 of the Steelers’ games so far this season.
