Cubs roster moves: Dansby Swanson activated, Luis Vazquez called up, Miles Mastrobuoni and PCA optioned

Dansby Swanson has been on the injured list since May 8 with a right knee sprain. The Cubs have definitely missed their Gold Glove shortstop.
